1. Orders & Advance Payment
All orders at Gifting Curves are processed only after full advance payment has been received.
Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order according to the selected products, delivery date, and customization details.
An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.
2. Customized & Made-to-Order Gifts
Many of our gifts are specially prepared, arranged, packed, or customized according to the customer’s requirements.
Because these products are prepared specifically for each order, confirmed customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has started.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, messages, dates, colors, sizes, and other customization details at the time of ordering.
3. Order Preview & Confirmation
For customized or specially arranged orders, Gifting Curves may share a photo of the completed order before dispatch so the customer can review the final arrangement.
Customers should carefully check the shared photo and inform us of any required correction before dispatch.
Once the final order has been reviewed and approved for dispatch, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
4. No Refund / Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products, confirmed orders are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once preparation has started.
This includes customized gifts, gift baskets, bouquets, cakes, fresh flowers, personalized cards, and other specially prepared items.
If an order has a significant issue due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly with relevant photos so that we can review the matter and determine an appropriate solution.
5. Cakes & Cake Customization
Cake designs shown on our website can be ordered as displayed, subject to availability.
However, if you would like a different design, theme, color, name, message, flavor, size, or any other customization, you are welcome to contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Our team will discuss your requirements and confirm the available customization options and any applicable additional charges.
Cake customization is available to help you create a cake that matches your occasion and preferences, including customization alongside your selected gift.
6. Fresh Flowers & Cakes
Fresh flowers and cakes are prepared close to the scheduled delivery time to maintain their freshness and quality.
Fresh flowers and cakes are available for Lahore delivery only, unless otherwise confirmed by Gifting Curves.
As flowers are natural products, slight variations in flower color, arrangement, wrapping, or availability may occur. If a particular flower or component is unavailable, we may use a suitable alternative of similar value and appearance.
Cake designs may also have minor variations from reference images due to the handmade nature of cake preparation.
7. Delivery
Our deliveries are arranged through inDrive or another suitable third-party delivery service.
A flat delivery fee of PKR 500 applies to orders within our standard Lahore delivery service area.
The delivery fee covers the standard delivery arrangement. Any exceptional delivery requirements, additional delivery attempts, or special arrangements may incur additional charges where applicable.
Once the order has been handed over to the delivery rider, Gifting Curves is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, rider delays, incorrect recipient information, recipient unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Surprise Deliveries
If an order is marked as a surprise delivery, the customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including the recipient’s name, phone number, address, and any necessary delivery instructions.
The delivery rider may contact the recipient when necessary to complete the delivery.
Please ensure that the recipient is available at the provided location during the selected delivery time.
9. Delivery Address & Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate sender and recipient information.
Gifting Curves will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrect phone number
Recipient being unavailable
Recipient refusing to receive the order
Inability to contact the recipient
Incorrect delivery instructions
Any additional delivery attempt or change in delivery arrangements may result in additional charges.
10. Delivery Time
Customers may select an available delivery date and time slot during checkout.
The selected time represents the requested delivery window, not a guaranteed exact minute of arrival.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver within the selected time window. However, traffic, weather, rider availability, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
11. Out-of-City Orders
Fresh flowers and cakes are currently available for Lahore delivery only.
Selected gift boxes, non-fresh gifts, and other suitable products may be available for delivery outside Lahore. Customers should contact Gifting Curves before placing an out-of-city order to confirm availability and delivery arrangements.
12. Product Images & Variations
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences in colors, flowers, ribbons, packaging, chocolates, accessories, and other components may occur due to availability, screen settings, or the handmade nature of certain products.
Such minor variations do not qualify for a refund.
13. Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for checking all information entered during checkout, including:
Recipient name
Sender name
Phone numbers
Delivery address
Delivery date
Delivery time
Card/message text
Customization details
Gifting Curves is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
14. Payment Confirmation
Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified.
For bank transfers or other manual payment methods, customers may be required to provide payment confirmation through the requested channel.
Full advance payment is required before order preparation and dispatch.
15. Changes to Orders
Any requested change should be communicated as early as possible.
Once an order has entered the preparation stage, changes may not be possible, particularly for fresh flowers, cakes, customized gifts, and personalized products.
Additional charges may apply for approved changes.
